LIGHT METALWORK

Production of steel or aluminium alloy tube frames for bicycles (Carnielli), motor bikes (Aprilia) and toys (Italtrike) was OVAM’s original business and still forms a good part of its activities. The entire tube machining cycle is carried out in-house with modern equipment. In addition to these machining cycles, OVAM designs and constructs blanking-deep drawing dies for sheet metal and tubes. The company has a large machine pool for cold pressing operations with which to provide its own wide range of services.

As a supplier to leading companies in the engineering industry, OVAM submits all its production to strict controls. Every part is delivered to customers only after passing the different tests to which it is submitted throughout the production cycle.
